The 'Hug Patrol' dressed up and hugged themselves around the festival, then went out into the street and over to the local Coles shopping centre, causing quite a stir.

Then they moved on to Mooloolaba Esplanade making their way for a couple of kilometres along the exclusive shopping and al fresco dining area, finishing with a walk back along the beach, hugging the crowds on the beach along the way!
